Stereolithography

SLA cures liquid resin with a UV laser, resolving features FDM cannot touch and leaving a surface that needs no sanding before primer. It's the right call for presentation models, master patterns for casting, and any part where small features or crisp edges carry the design. Resin parts are stiffer and more brittle than nylon — for functional parts that get dropped, flexed or run hot, we'll steer you to SLS. For parts headed to paint, priming is done in-house.
