Most parts ship as-built. When they shouldn't, we finish in-house — vapor smoothing, priming, inserts and light post-machining.
Illustrative values — final specifications published with our equipment list.
Finishing is where a printed part becomes a product. Vapor smoothing seals and smooths SLS nylon to a near-injection-molded surface — watertight, easier to clean, and ready for skin contact. SLA parts get primed for paint. FDM parts take heat-set threaded inserts and light post-machining where a printed thread won't do. Tell us the end use on your RFQ and we'll spec the finish with the quote — including when the honest answer is that as-built is fine.
